The late review of Cedar Point

Aside from the long lines and absurd prices for food, Cedar Point was amazing. The rides were  big and fast.  It was like Disney for adults.  Some of the rides were closed for the day, such as Steel Vengeance and Raptor because of problems. The first ride that we went on was Valravn, the only roller coaster that mom went on. Sadly Top Thrill Dragster was closed. That might have been a good thing because when it opened we happened to be right nearby. I got in line quickly so I only had to wait for around 30 minutes. The average wait time is around 1 to 1.5 hours.

At the end of the day we did some water rides such as Thunder Canyon and Snake River Falls. You might stay dry if you are lucky like I did the first time. but the second time I went on it the raft, it turned and I got drenched under a water fall. After that we did a giant swing in fact the biggest swing in the world 125 feet. At the very end of the day we did Wind Seeker. Imagine a carnival swing ride that spins you around.  Then, imagine that 301 feet in the air!  I don’t really know what happened, all I know is that it was very high up and when you get over halfway up you start to think twice about going the rest of the way up. It was probably the scariest ride that I went on, even more than top thrill dragster. Top Thrill Dragster went up 400 feet but you do not have time to think about it. The ride is only 12 seconds long and goes 120 mph. Cedar Point was the best roller coaster park that I’ve ever been to.
